Team presentation.

Is responsibility of each country Director to bring a Flag of his country for the presentation of the team the day of Inauguration (20 July). That flag need to have the next size: 1 m x 2 m. This flag will be placed in the main table the day of grand opening.  The flag need to have 3 ropes in order to put in the post. Each country director need to brig small flags for each member in his team, this flag need to have the next size 20 X 30 cm. This flag need to be with a small stick in order that each team member can to have one.  Each country team need to be the country uniform for the inauguration, the uniform need to be formal (shorts or pants, without t shirt if not polo shirts or shirt, you can use another supplies like glasses, hat or scarf). Please put attention in that your team have a good presentation and be uniformed. A good idea could be white short pants or shirt because in July is summer in Puerto Vallarta, and then you could use this uniform in other moment too. 
    
Participants

Each Country Director can enter any amount of competitors for each category and (1) team for teams forms and sparring teams. Each participant can participate in more than one event as the Article IV of WEKAF Rules and Regulation say:  Section 2 “Each competitor can only compete in one single stick division, one double stick division, and one team fighting division.  Entering a weight class above one’s weight is permitted, but not below.  Each sparring division will have a maximum of two competitors from each country.”
Section 6. Each individual form division will be having a maximum of two competitors from each country.  Each competitor can only compete in one individual forms division.  Each country is allowed one entry into the Team Sayaw division at the world level.

Entries

Entries must be submitted to the WEKAF Board and the Organizing Committee as follows:

Preliminary team entry:     March 2010

Final team entry:  May 2010

Preliminary judges entry (pre-registration):     Mach 2010

Final judges and referees entry (registration):  June 2010

Individual entries, each person can register as competitor since web page www.wekaf2010.com opens the registration. We strongly recommend doing that before April 2010.
